1. Yes, the mullet should totally come back. Actually, if you visit my neighbohood, you'll see that it never went away.
2. That rainbow clown wig totally looks like the original Annie. In fact, I thought it was her.
We totally let our kiddos dress up in the Halloween stuff all year long!
